The document library organizes available reports by their original product names and batch references. Each entry links to the actual report image so that readers can review the source instead of relying only on a summary. A report should appear on a material page only after its relationship to that item has been confirmed. This is particularly important when an existing report describes a bottled product rather than a proposed bulk raw material.
A report entry should be self-contained
Show the source product name, lot number, test date where available, report identifier and number of pages. The preview should open at a readable size, with access to the complete original. Where the archive includes more than one report for similar names, preserve the separate entries until their relationship has been established.
Use the report only for its identified scope
The company archive includes reports for particular bottled products. Those files can be displayed as historical product documentation, but a larger raw material lot needs an established connection to its own evidence. Do not relabel a vial report as a bulk certificate or use a result from one batch as a standing specification for all future supply.
Original documents and verification
165 original JPG report pages are available in the private quality review workspace. Their original bytes and source checksums are preserved. Reports stay private until their company, exact product, specification and lot are reviewed.
